I’m doing a 7-day fruit and vegetable cleanse to give my gut a break from all the carbo-loading and meat eating it had been doing for the past several months. I’m trying to document my daily experience through this post, as I am on Instagram break as well.
Tuesday – Busy day at work + Yoga
I woke up at 5:45am intending to run but I feel a bit sluggish. I think I haven‘t recovered from the lack of sleep two nights ago. With another injury coming (a shooting pain in my right leg stopped me at 8km last Saturday) I thought I’d give my legs few more days of rest.
